XP系列·旋風(fēng)分離器（XP Series · Cyclone seperator）
工作原理：
含塵氣體進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)分離器后，會(huì)在漩渦殼內(nèi)回旋，在離心力、重力和負(fù)壓引力的綜合影響下，較粗的顆粒逐漸下沉，沿筒壁從下料口卸出，較細(xì)的顆粒隨負(fù)壓上升氣流進(jìn)入后道除塵設(shè)備中收集。
working principle:
After the dusty gas enters the cyclone separator, it will swirl in the vortex shell. Under the combined influence of centrifugal force, gravity and negative pressure attraction, the coarser particles gradually sink and are discharged from the discharge port along the wall of the cylinder. With the rising airflow of negative pressure, the finer particles enter and collect in the following dust removal equipment.
設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：

1. 設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，清理方便。
2. 用于產(chǎn)品的粗級(jí)分離，收集主產(chǎn)品，一定程度上可以減少過細(xì)粉的比例。
3. 內(nèi)部易磨損部位（主要是漩渦殼內(nèi)壁）可以按照需求采用工程陶瓷防護(hù)，從而滿足多數(shù)高新材料避免金屬雜質(zhì)污染的要求。
