技術(shù)：從投料到成品自動完成，采用高剪切均質(zhì)與連續(xù)凝凍，脂肪球粒度可達成1um以下，穩(wěn)定性好，膨化率高達100％，口感細膩、滑爽。

配套齊全：電器集中控制，無需配套蒸汽鍋爐及其他冷卻設(shè)備。

品種豐富：該線只需更換灌裝部分即可實現(xiàn)多品種的變化，可生產(chǎn)杯裝、蛋托裝、插棒冰淇淋、巧克力涂層冰淇淋、果仁冰淇淋、棒冰等產(chǎn)品。

The Small-size Assorted Ice-Cream Production Lines of Model SS500/SS1000 are products of new generation which, by majorization, continuously accomplish mixing material, sterilize, homogenize, cooling, aging, freezing, filling and hardening.
