香波生產(chǎn)線通常由香波鍋、配料鍋、計(jì)量桶、操作平臺、控制柜以及相關(guān)的過濾器、管道、閥門組成。我公司嚴(yán)格按照勞動勞動技術(shù)監(jiān)督的要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，組成制造、安裝各型香波鍋和，并可提供勞動部門許可的文件證書，可根據(jù)手用戶的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要，代為設(shè)計(jì)制作，質(zhì)量實(shí)行三包。

香波鍋是中zui主要的設(shè)備。它由內(nèi)膽、蒸汽及冷卻水隔套、隔套外保溫層、上置調(diào)速攪拌裝置、測溫裝置、進(jìn)排料裝置構(gòu)成。內(nèi)膽和外殼均采用不銹鋼材料制造。

Shampoo production line

The line includes shampoo vessel ,mixing vessel ,dosage barrel ,operation plat form ,control cabinet and releant parts , such as filters, pipes , valves .It is made and installed severely based on the industrial standard . We have relevant production licence . we can specially design and install this prosucion line for users based on user s need .Quality, repair and replacement of fault parts are provided for the production line.

The shampoo vessel is the main part in the line .It is composed of inner vessel,steam and cooling water is-olated case, outer insulating layer of the isolated case,upper speed-adjustable milling device and material-in and –out device. The inner vessel and outer case are made of stainless steel.

使用于洗發(fā)水，沐浴露，護(hù)發(fā)素，噴霧，啫喱水，啫喱油。
