一、機(jī)器用途

三、使用說(shuō)明
使用前應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試車(chē)，在試車(chē)前應(yīng)檢查機(jī)器全部聯(lián)接件的堅(jiān)固程度，減速機(jī)的潤(rùn)滑油量和電機(jī)設(shè)備的完整性，然后閉合電源總開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試車(chē)。
裝料以浸沒(méi)漿軸為宜，加料后必須將料槽蓋板蓋好，再開(kāi)車(chē)，以免物料淺出料槽，蓋上配有視鏡筐，能觀(guān)察物料的攪拌情況。
四、安裝說(shuō)明
本機(jī)為整臺(tái)裝箱，拆箱后搬至適當(dāng)?shù)胤剑b好地腳螺栓，均勻地?cái)Q緊地腳螺栓的螺母，然后接下來(lái)通電源線(xiàn)即可使用。
五、機(jī)器保養(yǎng)及維修
經(jīng)常使用，減速機(jī)須每隔三個(gè)月?lián)Q新油一次，更換時(shí)應(yīng)將減速機(jī)清洗后加上新油。
