一、產(chǎn)品特點Product features
1、廣泛應用于水產(chǎn)飼料、特種飼料、寵物食品等顆粒狀或片狀物料的烘干工段；
Widely used in the drying section of granular or flake materials such as aquatic feed, special feed, pet food;
2、不銹鋼沖孔篩床，開孔率高，生產(chǎn)時布風均勻，烘干產(chǎn)品顆粒直徑范圍0.6mm-40mm，可滿足不同類型飼料的烘干；
With stainless steel perforated bed of punched holes with large open area and even air distribution during production for dry product particle size range of 0.6mm-40mm, which satisfies different types of feed;
3、設計的風路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，保證“高濕度飽和空氣”及時排除，同時又利用富余的熱能，降低能耗，有效節(jié)約了生產(chǎn)成本；

5、不銹鋼烘干室設計獨立烘干區(qū)域，每個烘干區(qū)可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求單獨調(diào)整溫度50℃-150℃，以及可以單獨調(diào)整氣流方向，每層烘干時間可以單獨調(diào)整15分鐘-100分鐘不等；
The dryer consists of independent drying zones with each designed in stainless steel chamber. Each drying area can be individually adjusted from 50 °C to 150 °Caccording to the production requirements and can be individually adjusted the direction of air flow.Each layer of drying time can be individually adjusted from15 minutes to 100 minutes;
6、烘干帶的物料厚度和烘干時間可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求連續(xù)調(diào)整；
The material depth ａnd drying time of the drying belt can be continuously adjusted according to the production demands;
7、設計集成熱空氣系統(tǒng)，生產(chǎn)可以采用直接加熱式燃氣燒嘴，或者間接加熱式蒸汽交換器；
Due to the design of integrated hot air system, the production can use direct heating by gas burner or indirect heating by steam exchanger;
8、能耗更低，相比傳統(tǒng)設計的烘干機，生產(chǎn)能耗可節(jié)約20-30%，高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保。
Compared with the traditional dryer, the energy consumption is lower offering production energy savings by 20-30%, which is efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
