一、概述：Outline

管道阻火器是適用于石化、化工、輕工等行業(yè)的可燃?xì)怏w輸送過程中的安全裝置。廠生產(chǎn)制造的管道阻火器是經(jīng)過嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)淖杌鹄碚撛O(shè)計(jì)和精密專用的機(jī)械設(shè)備加工制造而成的。根據(jù)阻火性能和阻火等級(jí)可分為阻爆燃型和阻爆轟型兩大類。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)：Structural design

產(chǎn)品由芯件和殼體兩部份組成，芯件是核心，是由兩層超薄的不銹鋼帶，一條被壓成波N形，另一條平面鋼帶則將它圍繞圓心緊緊纏繞而成。從而構(gòu)成無數(shù)個(gè)端面，是小三角形直通流道，而且在芯件內(nèi)部有一個(gè)十字結(jié)構(gòu)的支架（或在表面壓上丫形架）借以增強(qiáng)芯件的牢靠性，避免芯件被點(diǎn)燃的介質(zhì)所產(chǎn)生的爆炸壓力沖散。介質(zhì)從三角形狹道中通過，阻火器也正是通過它來阻止火焰在管道中的蔓延，其原理為“器壁效應(yīng)”，就是火焰與器壁的碰撞進(jìn)行能量轉(zhuǎn)換，降低了溫度。以此原理來設(shè)計(jì)三角形孔的高度阻止火焰的通過，再加上足夠的流道長度來吸收火焰的熱量，使其在芯件中熄滅，避免了氣體在芯件的另一端被復(fù)燃的可能性。
