Thorlabs共聚焦顯微鏡系統(tǒng)
Thorlabs的共聚焦激光掃描(CLS)顯微系統(tǒng)由一系列集成型成像模塊構(gòu)成,為研究型實(shí)驗(yàn)室提供全部所需的共聚焦成像工具。通過(guò)消除焦平面以外區(qū)域產(chǎn)生的干擾信號(hào),共聚焦顯微技術(shù)可以在厚樣品中獲得高分辨率的光學(xué)切片圖像,也可以減少薄培養(yǎng)基的背景熒光。CLS系統(tǒng)幾乎可以集成到任何正置或倒置顯微鏡中,并且通過(guò)C-Mount螺紋接入中間像面(即相機(jī)接口)。上使其應(yīng)用方便,簡(jiǎn)單集成到現(xiàn)有的成像設(shè)備中,并提供高品質(zhì)圖像。附帶的軟件通過(guò)直觀圖形用戶界面驅(qū)動(dòng)CLS硬件,可進(jìn)行快速數(shù)據(jù)記錄與查看。
