本系列膏體灌裝機是我司集多年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗，并引進(jìn)吸收*技術(shù)研制而成的新一代全自動灌裝機。它采用活塞定量，集機電、氣動于一體，電器和氣動元件選用世界，由PLC控制，設(shè)計合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形美觀，具有性能穩(wěn)定可靠、灌裝精度高、適應(yīng)性強、操作簡單、維護(hù)方便等特點。
   廣泛適用于各種半流體、膏體、粘稠體、醬料和各種含顆料物料的灌裝。如含果肉飲料、蜂蜜、糖漿、果醬、花生醬、芝麻醬、番茄醬、辣椒醬以及各類膏狀物。

2、與物料接觸均為不銹鋼制作，拆裝簡單，易清洗，符合食品衛(wèi)生要求；
3、灌裝量和灌裝速度調(diào)整簡單，設(shè)有無瓶不灌裝功能，液位自動控制加料，外形美觀；
4、不需要更換零件，即可快速調(diào)整更換不同形狀規(guī)格的瓶子，適用性強；
5、灌裝嘴設(shè)有防滴漏裝置，確保灌裝無拉絲、不滴漏。
